We delivered full fixed and loose furniture for the apartments, including living-room seating, bedroom sets, dining pieces, built-in storage, and custom doors. The interiors feature soft grey upholstery, simple lines, and open spaces that make the most of natural light and city views — creating a comfortable home-like environment rather than a standard hotel room.
The furniture was developed specifically for hotel-apartment living. Emphasis was placed on everyday comfort, efficient storage, and finishes that hold up under regular residential use while still meeting commercial performance standards.
Living-room sofas and tables, beds and nightstands, dining furniture, desks and chairs, built-in wardrobes and cupboards, and custom doors — all coordinated as complete apartment packages.
Solid wood with moisture content controlled at 8%, E0/E1 fire-rated plywood, natural wood veneers, environmentally friendly Taiho paint, 304 stainless steel, CAL117 fire-rated high-density sponge and fabric, and 18-20 mm stone or quartz surfaces.
