PLATE WORKSHOP

Panel_cutting&Assemble_Workshop__1_

The laboratory covers a total area of 15000㎡, with 45technicians and 30 pieces of professional equipment,adopting 6S on-site management. It is mainly responsible for physical property testing of boards,salt spray testing, product function testing, carton strength testing, product tension testing,formaldehyde release testing, and spraying adhesion testing. Sampling testing is conducted for each batch of products. Every three days is a testing cycle, andthe one-time qualification rate reaches 98%.

Solid_Wood_Workshop__1_

The laboratory covers a total area of 5,000㎡, with 12 technicians and 20 pieces of professional equipment,adopting 6S on-site management. The solid wood splicing adopts traditional Chinese mortise and tenon technology, and the products are durable. The workshop is equipped with 2-3 quality inspectors to strictly control each process, including the moisture content of raw materials, structural firmness, ergonomics, etc.

Packing_Workshop__1_

The workshop covers a total area of 10,000㎡, with 15 existing technicians, 5 sets of professional equipment, and 6S on-site management. The products are made of Taiwan TAIHO paint and a professional paint process with five layers of prime paint, to make product more elegant and durable. The workshop is equipped with 3 quality inspection personnel to inspect each product and strictly control the pass rate of the product.

Top-Coating_Workshop__1_

The workshop covers a total area of 10,000 square meters, with 10 existing technical personnel, 6 sets of professional equipment, and 6S on-site management. The products are made of Taiwan TAIHO paint. After 3 layers of professional top-coating process to make the products are more transparent, brighter and wear-resistant. The workshop is equipped with 5 quality inspection personnel to inspect each product and strictly control the pass rate of the product.

Upholstery_Work_shop__1_

The workshop covers a total area of 5,000 square meters, with 20 existing technical personnel and 22 sets of professional equipment. It adopts 6S on-site management. The craftsmanship is exquisite, the product is beautiful and durable. The workshop is equipped with 2 quality inspectors to strictly control the quality and details of each product to ensure that each product is perfectly delivered to customers

Packing_Workshop__1_

The total area of the workshop is 6,000 square meters, with 10 existing technicians, 2 sets of professional equipment, 6S on-site management, and professional assembly and packaging of each product. Products are packaged with pearl cotton, foam board, and five-layer corrugated boxes to ensure that each product is well protected. The workshop is equipped with 5 quality inspection personnel to inspect each product and strictly control the pass rate of the product. Guarantee the perfect delivery of each product.

Metal_Workshop__1_

The total area of the workshop is 2,000 square meters, with 10 existing technicians, 3 sets of professional equipment, 6S on-site management, and high-quality metals, such as 304 stainless steel, to ensure product quality, service life and safety. The workshop is equipped with 2 quality inspectors to inspect each product and strictly control the pass rate of the product.

Finished_product_warehouse__1_

The finished product warehouse has a total area of 6,000 square meters, equipped with 4 warehouse managers, and adopts 6S on-site management to digitally manage each product entering and leaving the warehouse

2014

The company has set up a quality control department to protect product quality;

In April 2014, spent more than 2 million yuan to upgrade and transform the workshop dust removal and organic waste gas treatment equipment and facilities;

In May 2014, successfully passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification;

In June 2014, successfully realized the standardization of safety production;

The company's sales achieved a continuous growth target, annual sales break through the 100 million yuan mark for the first time (105.7 million yuan);

In December 2015, the product exhibition center of Shunlian Furniture City (3rd floor) was expanded;

2016

May 2016, attend Jeddah Hotel Show and Dubai Hotel Show. The trade fair can be said to be the biggest work event since the establishment of the company. For this trade fair, the company and its employees have gained a lot and quality was recognized by client.

2017

The company start use ERP software management system, which includes multiple related modules such as sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance.

It has passed the environmental management system certification and invested 700,000 yuan to transform environmental protection facilities.

Passed the ten-ring certification system, with annual sales exceeding 200 million yuan

2018

Registered capital increase to 105 million
