At Foshan Dongping Ascott Hotel the focus is on comfortable, contemporary living. Furniture was selected and produced to support clean residential layouts, soft neutral tones, and practical daily use in a serviced-apartment setting.
Grey bedding, wooden desks, and large windows with city views define the rooms. The overall atmosphere is calm and residential — closer to a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel guestroom.
The supply covered bedroom furniture, living-room seating and tables, dining pieces, built-in wardrobes and storage, desks, chairs, and doors. All items were coordinated to work together across the apartments.
Solid wood with moisture content controlled at 8%, E0/E1 fire-rated plywood, natural wood veneers, environmentally friendly Taiho paint, 304 stainless steel, CAL117 fire-rated high-density sponge and fabric, 18-20 mm stone or quartz surfaces, HAFELE/DTC hardware, and floor-appropriate glides.
